Prosecutors said Flora Mendes had already been struck off in 2015 after being found guilty of providing unregulated immigration advice. However, she continued operating and made up fake addresses at Grenfell to convince immigrants she was legitimate. If my house burns down to a pile of ash, insurance means I can rebuild it better and nicer and replace lots of tired old things with better newer ones. I have won the lottery. But I have also lost all photos and memorials and anything with emotional and sentimental value. Which - to a lot of people - is losing everything. |
