"The BBC's Huw Edwards has been charged with making indecent child images. Another BBC peeeedo. Riddled."
Riddled you say? Yet only one man is charged? Clearly plod is not doing her/his job - unless, of course, Aunty isn't as riddled as you'd like to have us believe.
A link from you to the effect of "riddled" would come in 'andy at this point.

The sheer, utter incompetence of the BBC is staggering. "A BBC correspondent repeatedly described the Dunblane gun massacre as a mass stabbing comparable to the Southport knife attacks. Daniel Sandford, the broadcaster’s long-serving home affairs correspondent, said the attack on Dunblane Primary School in 1996 had been another “infamous” example of a “mass stabbing” in Britain involving children." www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/07/30/bbc-daniel-sandford-dunblane-massacre-stabbing-stockport/

Oops ... I can see someone's OBE (for services to news broadcasting) flying south faster than a swallow with a firework up its arse.

I just looked up to see if he was super young and could blame the script he was handed.
Or even from overseas and could blame the script he was given.
Nope.

I fear that one of the things I learnt on a Media Awareness course a few years back is turning out to be all too true.
To paraphrase, "It is more important for journalists to be first with the news rather than necessarily being accurate with the reporting of it".

It’s why they also can’t seem to distinguish black celebrities from each other….

It’s why they also can’t seem to distinguish black celebrities from each other…. Yeah, that's a pretty small field too. Sir Lenny and Dame Shirley.

BBC "blindsided" by Huw Paedwards apparently. Oh, dofuckoff. www.thesun.co.uk/news/29554350/bbc-blindsided-huw-edwards-charged-indecent-child-pictures/Look, it's the nature of predatory perverts to be a bit cagey, and we can't expect the BBC to police everyone's private lives, but FFS! They really can't pretend shock at this point although it may well suit them to pursue that narrative after they gave the bloke a pay rise while he was under investigation for this shite. Ooh, it suddenly occurs to me that the family of his muse night have just spotted that pay rise and taken it badly.

Ha! It was on Guido yesterday. A whole bunch of BBC types previously defending him from scurrilous attacks by the Sun.
