If the failed Rwanda plan were to trigger the projected £120M transfer from the UK- to the Rwanda government, and the plan is subsequently withdrawn before even the first flight has taken off then, at best, Rwanda can only expect an ex gratia payment (which is fair) as opposed to the full £120M estimate (which is not). Good crap spin. |
